Terms of Service — GetRadioCodes

1. The service

GetRadioCodes generates anti-theft unlock codes for Japanese-market Toyota head units, calculated from the 16-digit ERC serial number displayed on the unit's service screen. The service is intended exclusively for the lawful owners of the vehicle and equipment.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be the lawful owner of the vehicle or have the owner's authorisation.
Requests relating to stolen or suspicious devices are refused and reported under our security policies.
Automated scraping, flooding or attempts to abuse the calculation service are prohibited and actively blocked.

3. Orders, payment & delivery

Orders and payments are arranged personally over WhatsApp. Codes are generated instantly on screen once the serial is submitted. Token packs and memberships are governed by the terms confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Guarantee

If a code does not work for your unit, contact our support team with a photo of the service screen — we will resolve the case or refund you. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the code.

5. Trademarks

Toyota and the head-unit model names are used solely for compatibility identification. GetRadioCodes is an independent service with no affiliation, endorsement or partnership with Toyota Motor Corporation.

6. Governing terms
